About SchoolPilot
SchoolPilot is a complete school management platform so administrators, teachers, parents and students work from the same records — not a pile of spreadsheets and chat groups.
What we make
SchoolPilot is a multi-tenant school management system. Each school gets its own account, users and data. The product covers student information, staff and HR, attendance, fees, examinations, LMS and lesson planning, messaging, notifications, calendar, reports, and mobile apps for teachers, parents and students.
The public website explains the product. The application itself — dashboards, registers, invoices and messages — is private and requires a login. We do not publish student or parent data on marketing pages. Search engines can index this site; they should not index a school’s attendance register or fee ledger.
Who it is for
Schools, academies and educational organizations that need daily operations software — especially campuses in Pakistan that want PKR pricing, a parent portal in Urdu and English, and support over WhatsApp. The web application is also used by schools that need English-first cloud access in other countries.
Typical first users are the principal or administrator who wants one student list, the accounts office that wants invoices parents can see, and teachers who need to mark attendance on a phone. Parents and students join after the school turns on portal access. You do not need a dedicated IT department to start a trial.
Why we built it
Many campuses still run on paper registers, Excel fee books and class WhatsApp groups. Those tools work until two people disagree about a balance, a teacher is absent, or a parent asks for last term’s result. A school ERP does not replace professional judgement. It keeps the official record in one place so staff stop retyping reality.
We publish modules and PKR pricing on this website so a school can compare SchoolPilot with the hours it already spends reconstructing dues and exam lists. Hidden “call for price” software makes that comparison harder, not easier.
What you can run in the first month
Most schools start with student records and one operational loop: daily attendance or fee invoices. From there they add examinations, homework, diaries and family apps. The same student identity is used across those modules, so a name change in the office shows up for the teacher and the parent.
- Attendance marked from the live class list, with optional parent visibility
- Fees as structures and invoices, not a cash drawer spreadsheet
- Exams and report cards published from the same enrolment data
- Parent communication on school accounts instead of personal phone numbers
How we work with schools
You can start from the SchoolPilot homepage, read the school management software guide, or create a school account from registration and explore the ERP with your own staff roles. If you want a walkthrough first, message us from the contact page. We do not require a long sales cycle to see the product.
Implementation still belongs to the school. If leadership will not pick a fee structure, software cannot invent one. If teachers are not given time to mark attendance, the register will be fiction. The trial exists so you can test those workflows before you buy a year. Read the feature list and our Pakistan school ERP guide if you want product context before you write.
