How SchoolPilot billing works
You pay for the software subscription, not for a child’s tuition. The school keeps fee collection inside the ERP. Families should never be asked to “pay SchoolPilot” for school fees. That split keeps accounts conversations honest for both the office and parents.
The base monthly plan is Rs. 1,000 for the first 100 students. Each extra student is Rs. 10 per month. Yearly billing charges ten months (Rs. 10,000 for the base plan) and includes two months free compared with paying Rs. 12,000 across a full year. Extra students use the same per-student rate and are billed on the same cycle.
A one-month trial is available from registration. Use it to mark attendance, raise a sample invoice and publish a dummy result with a real class list. If the workflows do not fit, you have not bought a year yet. Compare modules on features or ask a billing question from contact.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a one-month trial from registration, then continue on monthly or yearly billing.
Who is pricing for?
Pricing is for the school’s SchoolPilot subscription (the software). It is not the tuition you charge families. Student fee collection is a separate module inside the ERP.
What is included in the base plan?
The published plans include the school ERP modules your tenant is licensed to use — student records, attendance, fees, exams, LMS, messaging and family apps — subject to your student limit. Extra students are billed at the published per-student rate rather than as a surprise module list.
Can I change student count later?
Yes. If enrolment grows past the included headcount, the extra-student rate applies. If you shrink, the next invoice can follow the new count. Message support if a mid-cycle change needs a billing review.
