SchoolPilot is school management software for campuses in Pakistan and schools that need English-first cloud access elsewhere. WhatsApp is the fastest way to ask about onboarding, student counts, or whether a trial is the right next step. We do not publish student or parent records on this contact page.

A typical reply covers whether the monthly or yearly plan fits your headcount, which module to turn on first, and how teachers and parents get mobile access. If you already have an account, include the school name you registered so we can look at billing or login issues without asking you to repeat the story.

What to include in your message

• School name and city
• Approximate student count
• Whether you need a demo, a trial, or billing help
• Any module you care about first (attendance, fees, exams, parent app)

Demos, trials and existing schools

A demo is a walkthrough of the live product. A trial is your own school tenant with your staff roles. Most campuses learn more from a trial than from a slide deck, because attendance and fees only make sense with a real class list. You can start that trial from registration even if you never message us.

Existing schools should use WhatsApp for billing proof, renewal dates, password help after you have tried the in-app reset flow, and questions about turning on a new module. Please do not send student identity documents or parent CNIC images in the first message. We will tell you if a screenshot of a billing screen is enough.

Support is for the SchoolPilot subscription — the software. It is not a channel for collecting a child’s tuition. Families should never be asked to “pay SchoolPilot” for school fees. Those invoices stay inside the school’s own fee module.
